Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Own the end-to-end client journey—from initial contact to project delivery and beyond.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, finance, legal) to ensure seamless partner experiences.
- Craft compelling pitch materials alongside the marketing team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and GameDev meetups.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (GameDev/IT preferred).
- Fluent English (C1+) with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven success in B2B sales, including pipeline management and deal closing.
- Ability to create persuasive narratives and tailor pitches to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRMs, spreadsheets, and sales documentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
