Lead 3D Environment Artist (realism)
We are looking for a Lead 3D Environment Artist who has a high level of artistic and technical skills. Together with the team, you will have to create highly realistic environment assets, as well as share knowledge and work with the team to improve workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Work on environmental objects and modular constructors for one of the largest AAA games on an international scale in a realistic setting;
- Together with the team, look for artistic solutions, find and suggest ways to implement them within the technical requirements;
- Study references and interact with the client in the search for visual and technical solutions;
- Hold regular team meetings.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Senior role.
- High level of texturing of realistic environment objects.
- Ability to analyze references and apply them competently when working with an asset.
- Experience in planning, modeling and texturing environment assets (experience not only in classic pipeline is highly desirable).
- Willingness to share expertise with team members.
- Experience working with the engine and asset integration.
- Understanding the principles of optimizing game-ready models.
- Ability to work with vertex normal.
- The desire to improve skills.
- Understanding the role of feedback in working on large projects.
- A portfolio with examples of environmental objects.
Desirable Skills:
- Workflow optimization skills.
- Experience working with scans.
- English — Intermediate level or higher.
