Responsibilities:
  • Develop the visual aspects of locations based on provided blockouts and concepts.
  • Work with large environmental objects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to find innovative artistic solutions and discover ways to implement them within technical constraints.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of task completion.
  • Hold regular meetings with the team.

  • English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
Beneficial Skills:
  • Ability to plan, model, and texture environment assets using both traditional pipelines and advanced techniques like decals, trims, tileable materials, masks, etc.
  • Drawing skills/artistic education.
  • Interest in both the artistic and technical aspects of model creation.
  • Understanding of level design.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Experience managing a team of at least one person.
  • Experience creating assets using photogrammetry.
  • Sculpting skills.

We expect from you:
  • Over 5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Senior role.
  • Proficiency with game engines (integrating models, setting up materials, and shaders).
  • Understanding of optimization principles for game-ready models.
  • Experience in creating modular kits/complex objects from scratch.
