We are currently looking for a Lead Lighting Artist to join our lighting department on a AAA project. You will collaborate with colleagues to work on a globally recognized project set in a realistic environment.
Full-time
1+ year of experience in a Senior role
Responsibilities:
Work on game lighting.
Set up technical configurations, taking into account the specifics of the project.
Optimize lighting.
Design environments.
Monitor the quality and deadlines for completing tasks.
Hold regular meetings with the team.
Beneficial Skills:
Experience in modeling.
Commercial experience in game development, not necessarily as a lighting artist.
Experience working with lighting in film.

We expect from you:
Experience in the gaming industry for over 3 years.
At least 1 year of experience in a Senior role.
A good sense of taste and a developed understanding of color and shadow.
Ability to work with references.
Technical understanding of lighting techniques in game development and existing limitations.
General understanding of game development pipelines and concepts such as lightmaps, GI, and light probes.
Strong soft skills and a desire to work in a team.
Willingness to learn new software and gain knowledge from related fields in game development.
A passion for making video games.
English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
